Inspiring and nurturing young hearts and minds

Community Links

We are proud of our links with the local and wider community. Being a part of the community benefits our children as they learn about the world around them. We work closely with Saint Sebastian’s Church, the children regularly attend church particularly at special times of the year such as the Harvest Festival, Christmas, Easter and at the end of the school year for the Leavers' Assembly.

The Mityana Charity

The charity aims to relieve poverty and advance education for the children in the area of Mityana (Kibogo & Mubende) Uganda.

Our work with the Mityana charity broadens the children knowledge and understanding of the world. We also support the charity with money from monthly non-uniform days going to the charity and by providing free stalls that raise money at our Christmas and Summer Fayres.

Saint Sebastian’s Brass Band

The school is proud to support the Saint Sebastian Wokingham Band – a friendly and active second section band. We regularly invite the band to perform at our events and they are always very well received especially at our PTA Christmas Fayre where the band add a wonderful festive atmospheric feel to the proceedings.

Saint Sebastian's Church

We are a lively Church of England church, situated between Wokingham and Crowthorne in Berkshire.  Our congregation is made up of a wide variety of ages and we put a strong emphasis on our work with children, young people and families.  We long for people to find out how much God loves them and to develop a relationship with Him.  We aim to share Jesus' love by serving the local community and by providing a safe environment in which people can explore faith.

Secondary Education

Saint Sebastian's School has good strong links with many secondary schools within the area.  Our children move to a variety of local secondary schools, some of which are listed below:

We are also anticipating that some children may wish to attend the new STEM Academy school in Arborfield which will be opening in 2016. Further information on this exciting new school can be found here.

At Saint Sebastian's we ensure that this is a smooth transition by preparing them to move on to the next stage of their education.
