The Living Rainforest Educational Visit

Year Four had a wonderful time on their visit to The Living Rainforest on Tuesday 13th October. We saw lots of rainforest animals including: a sloth, Goeldi’s monkeys, marmosets, tortoises, turtles, a tarantula, lots of bugs, Turacos, Toucans, Dart frogs, a chameleon, Madagascan ducks, guppies and even an armadillo! There were also lots of plants, many of which can be used for medicines or to make foods and drink.

Take a look at the slideshow below for photographs from our visit.

HAT DAY 2015!

Hat day was a great success!

Year Four thoroughly enjoyed planning, designing, making and parading their hats throughout the day.

We also enjoyed a festive sing song in the hall to celebrate our success!

Thank you for bringing in all your resources and supporting this special Christmas themed DT day.

Well done everybody!

Here are a couple of close-up shots of our favourite Year Four hats!

Year Four wish you all a very Merry Christmas and look forward to seeing you back at school in 2016!
